LICENSEE IN CHARGE
Any agent looking to obtain a class 1 real estate licence who doesn't qualify for the transition, will need to complete the Diploma qualification in order to obtain this licence. A class 1 licence will allow you to be placed in the category of ‘Licensee in Charge’, provided you meet the work experience requirements.
This qualification reflects the role of real estate principals who apply knowledge of property agency and compliance requirements, ethical standards and consumer preferences to establish and control real estate functions.
This qualification applies to residential or commercial practice in real estate sales, real estate property management, strata management, business broking, stock and station, or auctioneering.
To achieve this qualification, competency must be demonstrated in:

CPP51119-DIPLOMA OF PROPERTY (AGENCY MANAGEMENT)
The course is based on the nationally endorsed Property Services Training Package (CPP07) Diploma qualification covering the Real Estate industry sector, and is for people who want to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to operate and manage a real estate/property agency business. You will learn about selling, marketing, leasing and managing property, and managing the physical, human and financial resources of a real estate agency.
You will also learn and acquire the competencies applicable to client, financial and human resource management of a small business enterprise.

RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING (RPL)
Use your industry experience and knowledge to save study time.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a process where experience, skills and knowledge that you may possess through work and life experience, or other unrecognised training can be formally recognised. This can be for a single unit of competency, part of a qualification or a full qualification.
Evidence must be provided and assessed against the relevant training package requirements, and a gap analysis is conducted to determine any voids in competency. The learner may then be awarded full or partial RPL competency. Where gaps exist, the learner must undertake the required training and assessments in order to be awarded competency in that particular unit.
All learners training with Under The Hammer Training may apply for recognition of prior learning, and are requested to completed a pre-enrolment questionnaire. By completing this questionnaire, it assists our trainers with the evaluation of your education levels, work experience (past and present), and current skills and knowledge, which will allow them to work with you through the recognition process.
Experienced agents completing training are invited to apply for RPL Assessment which will determine how much of their industry experience can be recognised as prior learning towards the allocated units.

NSW Diploma of Property Services
Course Fee: $3500.00
Students once enrolled, will be given access to the online portal where they will be able to access all necessary resources as well as being able to complete assessments. As part of the online course, students will be able to send queries to a trainer / assessor should they require assistance.
Upon successful completion of all relevant units, students are issued with the appropriate qualification certificate or statement of attainment.
Should a student wish to withdraw from training or cancel their enrolment, the student will still be liable for full course fees after commencement. Commencement is defined as the receipt of our Welcome Pack which includes the Student Handbook and Course Materials.
Method of Delivery
Utilising our user friendly online training portal, students are able to complete their training courses inn their own time at their own pace. Via the portal students will also have access to trainers via email who are able to assist with any queries that arise.
