BECOMING AN ACCREDITED AUCTIONEER IN QUEENSLAND
If you are a licensed real estate agent who has always wanted to try their hand at auctioneering our auction accreditation course will not only allow you to apply to QLD Fair Trading for your accreditation but will give you the tools to pick up the gavel and deliver a professional performance.
Delivered by leading industry auctioneers, you will receive the hands-on training to be able to conduct real estate property auctions with the utmost of professionalism, energy and fluency. We utilise our years of practical and relevant experience to give all students not only a qualification but the maximum benefit of our skilled auction trainers.
All learners are required to complete a practical assessment demonstrating their ability to conduct an auction. While theory can be completed by distance learning, the learner will be required to set a time and date to complete the practical assessment.
This course is expected to be completed within 6 months of enrolment.
All students undertaking this course are required to provide their USI (Unique Student Identifier).
To obtain an Auction Accreditation, applicants are required to complete the prescribed units of competency:

BLENDED TRAINING
Participants will undergo a blended training method utilising the online delivery for the theoretical components along with an interactive workshop for the practical elements required to gain competency in this qualification.
Our online training facility is unlike many in the industry. User-friendly, easy to navigate, and offering great support your online training program. This will allow you to complete your training course in your own time and at your own pace. Via the portal learners have access to trainers via email who are able to assist with any queries that arise.
Once the theoretical component is completed, learners will be engaged with one of our highly skilled trainers, who will guide them through the practical components on implementing everything that has been learned. This includes structuring an auction performance, effective property descriptions and bidding patters.
Assessments are graded within a short period of time with feedback and comments submitted for review.
