BECOMING A LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT IN THE ACT

This course meets the educational requirements necessary to obtain a real estate licence in the ACT issued by Access Canberra.
Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive a nationally recognised, accredited Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419) from Under The Hammer.
If you are an experienced real estate professional currently working in the industry, we provide a fantastic opportunity to upgrade to a full real estate agent’s licence using a combination of portfolio assessment and gap training.
This course is made up of 18 units of competency and is expected to be completed within 12 months of enrolment.
