CPD Courses- Certificate of Registration Holders – Assistant Agents
Anyone working within the Real estate industry must complete annual training as part of their Continuing Professional Development.
The training requirement set out by the NSW Office of Fair Trading for Assistant Agents is to complete 3 Units within the CPD year from a Valid CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice qualification.
Certificate of Registration holders have 4 years to obtain their Class 2 Licence and must complete the CPP41419 Certificate IV in real estate practice (18 units) within this timeframe to meet the educational requirement to be eligible to upgrade.
Under the Hammer offers 3 unit bundles and single units to facilitate meeting these requirements and working towards a Class 2 real estate licence.

Upon successful completion of this course, participants will receive a ‘Statement of Attainment’ with the completed units.
Assistant Agents can complete CPD requirements of three (3) units of competency from the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice in any of the bundles set out below.

Learners have 3 months from the date of enrolment to complete the course.
