Prerequisites: Participants must hold a Class 1 or Class 2 real estate licence and complete the prescribed units of competency to qualify for accreditation. Upon completion, participants can apply for their auctioneer accreditation through Access Canberra.

To achieve A Statement of Attainment, competency must be demonstrated in:
3 Elective units from the CPP41419 Certificate IV training package:

Assessments include written tasks, practical demonstrations in a simulated real estate agency, scenarios, case studies, and role-plays to ensure competency in all required units.
Assessments are usually marked within 7 days from submission, with feedback provided on any marks that do not meet competency.
Once enrolled in the course, you will be given access to a calendar for Q&A or assistance with assessments. These are held over Zoom to allow an enriching learning experience with unparalleled support.
