BECOMING AN ACCREDITED AUCTIONEER
Are you are a licensed real estate agent who has always wanted to try their hand at auctioneering? Our auction accreditation course will not only allow you to apply to NSW Fair Trading for your accreditation, but will give you the tools to pick up the gavel and deliver a professional performance.
Delivered by leading industry auctioneers who are currently active in the field of real estate auctions, you will receive the hands on training to be able to conduct property auctions with the utmost of professionalism, energy and fluency. We utilise our many years of practical and relevant experience to give all students not only a qualification but the maximum benefit of our skilled auction trainers.
All learners are required to complete a practical assessment as well as written component in order to demonstrate their ability to conduct an auction.

All learners are required to complete a practical assessment demonstrating their ability to conduct an auction as well as completing a written / theoretical component. Training can be completed by distance learning, or one of the workshops that are scheduled in our office throughout the year.
To obtain an Auction Accreditation, applicants are required to complete the prescribed units of competency as well as hold a Class 1 or Class 2 real estate licence. They will then need to apply for their accreditation through NSW office of fair trading.

Students once enrolled will will be given access to our online student management system. There is a practical element that students will need to complete in order to demonstrate the skills they have learnt during the training sessions. Regardless of whether completing an office workshop or an online course, a video of a practical assessment will need to be uploaded so that proper and effective assessment can be made of each submission.
Upon successful completion of all relevant units, students are issued with the appropriate qualification certificate or statement of attainment.
Should a student wish to withdraw from training or cancel their enrolment, the student will still be liable for full course fees after commencement. Commencement is defined as the receipt of our Welcome Pack which includes the Student Handbook and Course Materials.
FACE TO FACE CLASSES.
We hold Classe in our head office in Rosebery on a regular basis. Students will complete their knowledge assessments with the assistance of our trainers while being able to interact with other students during the class.
Once the knowledge component has been completed, a practical element will be completed. A final submission will be completed via a video upload, showing the implementation of skills acquired.
A laptop is required in odrer to access the learning platform where all assessments will be submitted during the relevant sessions.
Our online training courses are unlike many in the industry. User friendly, easy to navigate and offering great support your on line training program will allow you to complete your training course in your own time and at your own pace. Via the portal students have access to trainers via email who are able to assist with any queries that arise.
Providing an online library of resources, videos and tuturiols your online experience will feel more like that of a virtual classroom rather than tradition online courses.
Assessments are graded within a short period of time with feedback and comments submitted for review.
