ASSISTANT AGENT CPD
Anyone working in the industry as an Assistant Agent must complete annual training as part of their Continuing Professional Development.
The training requirement set out by the NSW Office of Fair Trading is to complete 3 Units from a Valid CPP41419 Certificate in Real Estate Practice qualification.
Certificate of Registration holders have 4 years to obtain their Class 2 Licence and must complete the entire qualification (made up of 18 units) within this timeframe to be eligible to do so.
