NSW CPD – CLASS 1 & CLASS 2 LICENCE HOLDERS

All Class 1 and Class 2 licence holders are required to complete their CPD requirements each year between 23 March and 22 March of the following year.

All Class 1 licence holders must complete 3 hours of compulsory, 3 hours of elective and 3 hours of business topics CPD.

All Class 2 licence holders must complete 3 hours of compulsory and 3 hours of elective CPD.

Choose to complete each of the required components on one of the nominated dates below, or elect to select a bundle package that will facilitate all your Class 1 or Class 2 CPD needs while offering a saving.

COMPULSORY TOPICS

All Class 1 and Class 2 licence holders are required to complete 3 hours of compulsory CPD each year. Compulsory topics are determined by the Office of Fair Trading and can only be delivered by approved providers.

Topics for the current period are:

• Cybersecurity & Fraudulent Activity (1 hour);
• Industry Contracts (1 hour);
• Privacy (1 hour).

ELECTIVE TOPICS

All Class 1 & Class 2 licence holders are required to complete 3 hours of elective CPD topics each year.

Topics for the current period are:

• Enhanced Communication Skills (3 hours);
• Setting Motivational Goals (3 hours);
• Presentation Skills (3 hours).

CLASS 1 BUSINESS TOPICS

All Class 1 licence holders are required to complete 3 hours of business skills CPD topics each year.

Topics for the current period are:

• Managing High Performing Teams (3 hours);
• Coaching & Mentoring (3 hours).

All students will be required to complete assessments in order to receive a certificate of satisfactory completion.

These courses meet all the requirements as set down by NSW Office of Fair Trading for the completion of your CPD for the current period.
