The NSW Office of Fair Trading requires all licensed agents to complete Continuing Professional Development within each anniversary year, regardless of when their licence is due for renewal.
As of 2024 the new CPD year will start on 1 July 2024 and end on the 30th June 2025 and continue after that in line with the financial year.
Any Agent who holds a class 1 or class 2 licence in one category, must complete a minimum 5 hours of training including 4 hours compulsory topics relevant to the type of licence.

In accordance with the new CPD requirements from the NSW Office of Fair Trading, all licensed agents must complete their Continuing Professional Development (CPD) within each anniversary year, regardless of their licence renewal date. Starting July 1, 2024, the CPD year will align with the financial year, running from July 1 to June 30.
Our virtual classroom sessions offer a compliant and convenient way to fulfill these requirements. Interactive workshops are conducted via Zoom and are restricted to a maximum of 25 participants to ensure a high-quality learning experience. Participants must have a functional webcam that remains on throughout the session to confirm attendance.
These sessions provide an engaging environment where you can meet your CPD obligations from the comfort of your home or office while interacting with experienced trainers and fellow real estate professionals.
For larger groups, we offer personalised training sessions that can be conducted either in person or online via Zoom. In line with the current CPD requirements, in-person sessions can have a maximum of 40 participants, while online interactive webinars are limited to 25 participants.

Licensed agents who prefer a more flexible option can complete their CPD obligations through our online, self-paced courses. Under the new CPD requirements, you must complete a total of 10 hours of training, which includes 5 hours of compulsory topics relevant to your licence category and an additional 6 hours of elective topics.
This method provides the flexibility to fulfill your CPD obligations at your own pace while ensuring that all required topics are comprehensively covered.
