Sessions are optional to attend and will be used for Q&A with trainers regarding the nominated unit.

To ensure the best use of everyone’s time, please come prepared with your questions for the session.

**Please note that classes will begin promptly at 4 PM; if no attendees are present by 4.15, the session will be terminated.
